Under Mark’s leadership, The Birch Group’s first suburban office acquisition was 350 and 360 Mt. Kemble Road, a 230,000-square-foot office park strategically situated in close proximity to downtown Morristown. In just one year, Mark brought the property from 80% to 98% occupancy by signing several long-term leases.
