Drew Rosenberg
Drew Rosenberg is an Associate on the acquisitions team at The Birch Group where he is responsible for market research and acquisition analysis. Drew joined the team to support The Birch Group’s growth of its portfolio of commercial assets and works closely alongside the company’s executives to assist in underwriting, due diligence, deal execution and acquisition management.
Prior to this position, Drew worked as an Associate at Bijou Properties, a Hoboken-based development and management company that’s focused on sustainable living. Throughout his career, he has worked on acquisitions totaling nearly 7.5 million square feet. Drew received his Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Business Institutions from Northwestern University, his Master’s in Management Studies from Kellogg School of Management, and his Master’s in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU.
