Christopher DeLorenzo
Christopher DeLorenzo is Executive Vice President at The Birch Group where he oversees leasing, asset management and operations across the company’s portfolio of top-tier assets. With more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience that spans both tenant and landlord relations, Christopher also guides The Birch Group’s strategic acquisition of trophy properties, manages brokerage relationships and works closely with the company’s growing team of professionals.
Prior to this position, Christopher was Executive Vice President for JLL’s New Jersey brokerage operations, where he maximized brokerage efficiency and leasing activities while winning new business and overseeing national accounts in collaboration with marketing and tenant representation. He has also previously served as Executive Vice President at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, where he was responsible for all leasing and asset management activities for a portfolio of 26.2 million square feet and was involved in over 1,500 transactions totaling more than $2.5 billion.
